Training Packages

Monthly Packages

There are several packages available to suit your level of comfort and need working continuously towards accomplishing your goal.

Basic Training Plan

$150/mo

  • Personalized workouts delivered weekly
  • Coach access via text/email/phone

Level I Training

$250/mo

  • Personalized workouts delivered weekly
  • Coach access via text/email/phone
  • Two (2) - 60 minute personal coaching sessions/mo (swim, bike, run, nutrition or strength)

Level II Training

$350/mo

  • Personalized workouts delivered weekly
  • Coach access via text/email/phone
  • Four (4) - 60 minute personal coaching sessions/mo (swim, bike, run, nutrition or strength)

Strength training facilities available for use by local monthly package athletes free of charge.


One-time Personal Coaching Sessions

If you have a one-time or fine tuning coaching need

Individual Session (60 min)

$75

One-on-One Swim, bike, run, nutrition or strength coaching to your specific and immediate needs.

Group Session (60 min)

$50/athlete

Looking for a group swim, bike, run or race nutrition clinic? Share the cost and get group knowledge about your needs. *Minimum of 3 athletes
