Through my personal competitive experience of more than 30 years, I bring a unique perspective on the physical and mental rigors required to complete what may seem like the most impossible of tasks. My goal is to bring the joy of endurance athletics and achievement to people of all shapes, sizes and levels of ability. It's my passion to provide the roadmap required to reach your potential in any athletic endeavor from something as simple as completing a 1 mile run, up to a 100 mile Ultra Marathon or Ironman Triathalon.
